Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and CleaningSitePro for use of our website builder, hosting, and this marketing site. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.

If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and "you" means that company.

CleaningSitePro generates a website for your business from the details you give us, gives you a visual editor to change it, and hosts it — at a.getcleansite.com subdomain or on a domain you connect.

We work to keep the service available and will give notice of planned maintenance where we can, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features as the product develops; if we remove something you depend on, we will tell you first.

You need an account to use the service. Keep your password secure and let us know promptly if you think someone else has access to it — you are responsible for what happens under your account.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.

Free trial. New accounts get a 7-day free trial. You give payment details up front; nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged at all.

Price. $9.99 per month, or $99 per year, at current launch pricing. Launch pricing is exactly that — a launch price, which may rise for new customers later.

Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Cancelling. Cancel any time from your dashboard. Your site stays up until the end of the period you have paid for, then goes offline.

Refunds. Payments are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise — the free trial exists so you can decide before you pay. If something has genuinely gone wrong, email us and we will sort it out.

Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before changing the price of an existing subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Failed payments. If a payment fails we will retry and let you know. If it stays unpaid, we may suspend your site until it is settled.

Where you register a domain through us, the registration is with a third-party registrar and is subject to their terms and to ICANN rules. Registration fees are separate from your subscription and are generally non-refundable once the domain is registered. You are responsible for keeping the domain renewed and for the registrant details being accurate.

Everything you put into your site — your business details, text, photographs, logo — stays yours. You give us the permission we need to host, display, back up, and modify it for the purpose of running the service, and nothing more.

You are responsible for what is on your site: that you have the right to use it, that your claims about your business are true, and that it complies with the law — including any licensing, insurance, and advertising rules for your trade. If you display a licence number, a rating, or a guarantee, it needs to be real.

Generated content is a starting point, not a finished, reviewed document. Check it before you publish — including the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service we seed on your site.

Your site's initial copy is generated by AI from what you tell us, and its photographs are selected from a stock photo library. They are illustrative. AI can produce text that is inaccurate or does not fit your business, and a stock photograph is not a photograph of your work.

Review everything before publishing and replace anything that misrepresents your business. You are responsible for the content of your published site.

You may not use CleaningSitePro to:

• Break the law, or help anyone else to
• Publish content you do not have the rights to
• Publish material that is deceptive, defamatory, obscene, or harassing
• Impersonate another business or person
• Run a phishing, malware, or fraud operation
• Send spam, or harvest contact details from sites we host
• Attack, overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the service, or try to reach parts of it you are not authorised to
• Resell the service without our written agreement

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these rules. Where the breach is serious or against the law, we may do so immediately and without notice.

The CleaningSitePro platform, its software, templates, designs, and brand are ours and stay ours. Your subscription gives you a licence to use the service — it does not transfer ownership of the platform or entitle you to copy or resell it.

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. We may terminate or suspend your account if you break these terms, if your payments stay unpaid, or if we stop offering the service — in that last case we will give reasonable notice and refund any period you have paid for in advance.

When your account ends, your hosted site goes offline and your content is deleted after a short retention period. Export anything you want to keep before you cancel. A domain you registered remains yours and can be pointed elsewhere.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not promise particular results. A website is a tool — we do not guarantee any number of leads, calls, bookings, search rankings, or revenue.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost business, or lost data.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You agree to cover us against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from content you publish through the service, from your use of the service in breach of these terms, or from your breach of the law or another person's rights.

We may update these terms as the product and the law change. The date at the top tells you when they last changed, and we will notify account holders before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing something is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it as part of a merger or sale of the business.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection law of the state or country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts where that law gives you the right to.
